VIBFEM SUGAR GRADER

VIBFEM introduces Super Grader which is the most optimised grader for screening sugar particles.

VIBFEM Super Grader has higher specific screening capacity due to proper angle of screen deck, in addition to linear motion created by two out of balance motors, fine decks are direct excited by side mounted variable frequency exciters. Hybrid motion gives optimized results in sugar screening.

Proper distribution of material over the width is ensured by spreader feeder mounted on top of the screen. Even distribution results in optimization of tonnage and efficiency of the Super Grader.

VIBFEM Super grader is designed as per Project need. No of decks can be from 2 to 6 decks. Capacity ranges from 15 ton to 35 Tons per hour.
